In this moment from our Bluegrass Gospel worship service, confirmation student Tilly Idbeis reflects on 1 Corinthians 3:9–10, 16 and God’s invitation to be coworkers in building up the Body of Christ. We are grateful for Tilly helping to lead worship and for the music of Sunflower Station as they offered the gospel song “Working on a Building.” God calls each of us to build with care, adding our gifts, service, compassion, and love to the foundation laid in Jesus Christ. Guided by God’s Spirit, may we work together to strengthen the church, serve God’s people, care for creation, and share Christ’s love with the world.
