What do we do when faithfulness leads to conflict?

In this week's message, *Conflict, Courage, and Grace*, we wrestle with two of the most challenging passages in scripture: the story of Hagar and Ishmael in the wilderness and Jesus' difficult words, "I have not come to bring peace, but a sword."

These texts remind us that following God does not always lead to comfort or agreement. Sometimes the gospel disrupts old patterns, challenges our assumptions, and creates tension. Yet even in the midst of conflict, God remains present.

Together we explore God's faithfulness to Hagar, the God who sees, hears, and provides, and we consider how God may be opening our eyes to new possibilities in times of disagreement and uncertainty.

The good news is not that conflict will never come. The good news is that God is with us on the way.
