This is the last week to contribute items for Simply Hygiene (formerly Giving the Basics). Hygiene items such as body soap, conditioner, deodorant, shampoo, laundry detergent, feminine hygiene items, toothpaste, and baby wipes/diapers are needed. Place your items in one of the barrels that will be located around the church. Your generosity is not only greatly appreciated, but desperately needed by those in our community who don’t have the resources to purchase these items. Thank you, Grace, for what you do to help!

Ash Wednesday – February 14:

• 7:00 am—8:30 am—Imposition of ashes and communion, located by the coffee bar.
• 7:00 pm—Ash Wednesday Service in the Sanctuary

Sunday, February 25:

• 11:00 am—One service in the Great Room
• Noon—Congregational Dinner and Annual Meeting

Youth Fellowship on Wednesday for our Middle School and High School youth is back in full swing. Part of this Fellowship is offering dinner at 6:00 pm. You have a couple of options to provide a meal or donate money toward a meal. To provide a meal, just follow this link: https://mealtrain.com/zezkry and pick a Wednesday you wish to reserve. If you would like to donate, get in touch with Kirk or email him at kirk@mygpc.org. We usually feed around 15 youth and adults.

All spots for this class have been filled. The registration fee of $5.00 is due from participants to cover the cost of the training booklet and certificate of completion. The instructor is Kathy Wagner, who is trained through the American Heart Association.

There will be a large garage sale here at Grace on Thursday, February 1, and Friday, February 2, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Great Room. All money made at this sale is being donated to mission projects, both local and national. You may contact Chris Alexander at 316-209-5698 if you have any questions.
