Grace Book Club: January 23, 2024

Meet Rev. Dr. Steven Marsh

Rev Dr Steven MarshThe Rev. Dr. Steven M Marsh has been ordained for 41 years as a Presbyterian Church (USA) minister. He is passionate about remembering, telling, and living the way of Jesus. That passion is evident in his discipling of the leadership, staff, and congregation through his preaching and teaching ministry, as well as his commitment to a missional and intergenerational understanding and experience of “being church.” Steve is married to Janet and has three children and eight grandchildren. His hobbies are golf, baseball card collecting, exercising, and reading.”
CPR

CPR and Defibrillator Training – February 4

Grace members, High School and above, are invited to learn hands-on CPR techniques and how to use a defibrillator (which our church has) on Sunday, February 4, at 1:30 pm. This class is open to the first 24 people who sign up. Registration is due by January 28, with a $5.00 fee that includes a Friends & Family booklet and a certificate of participation. The instructor is Kathy Wagner, who is trained through the American Heart Association. This knowledge saves lives, so please join this class!

Chancel Flowers

Chancel Flowers for 2024

There are opportunities available to give flowers that are on the chancel in the sanctuary on Sundays. Flowers may be ordered in memory of someone, in celebration of a special event, to recognize someone special, or just because. The cost is $70 to reserve both bouquets. Call the office at 684-5215 to reserve sanctuary flowers or for more information.
