Join us at 10 am on Sunday morning, May 24, for worship. We celebrate Pentecost together with one service in the sanctuary.

Weekday Worship and Communion: May 15

Join us Friday morning, May 15, at 8:40 am for worship and communion. We distribute bus tickets on the 15th of each month (or the Friday before if the 15th is on a weekend) to people in the community and all are invited to stay afterward for worship. It is a brief service, and we are done before 9 am.

John and Gwen Haspels in Worship: April 26

Longtime missionaries, John and Gwen Haspels, join us for worship on Sunday, April 26. John and Gwen were ambushed and attacked in their car while driving in Ethiopia last fall. Miraculously, they both survived. They are back home in Kansas for a while, and we are excited to welcome them to Grace.

Special Music on May 10

On Sunday, May 10, at the 11 am service, our String and Wind Ensembles combine with our Chancel Choir to provide music for worship!  This is a completely volunteer group made up of 40-50 Grace members and friends.  Please join us as we come together to praise our God!

May Worship Schedule

Sunday Morning Schedule in May

9 am: Worship in the Great Room

10 am: Education and Fellowship (see below)

11 am: Worship in the Sanctuary

Worship at 9 am is in the Great Room and is led musically by our band. The style is less formal than the 11 am service. The 11am service is in the Sanctuary and is led musically by our choirs. The style is more traditional.

Here’s where you will find education and fellowship opportunities at 10 am:

There is NO Sunday School on Pentecost Sunday, May 24. On this day there is ONE Service at 10 am in the sanctuary.

Children

  • Grace Kids Grow meets from 10-10:50 am. An adult must sign each child in and out of Sunday School. A nursery is available all morning from 8:50 am – 12:15 pm.
  • Preschool children meet in room B7 (in the basement)
  • Kindergarten – 2nd grade meet in room B10 (in the basement)
  • 3rd grade – 5th grade meet in the Tower Room (on the 2nd floor)

Youth

  • 6-8th graders meet in the Youth Center (downstairs)
  • 9-12th graders meet in the Youth Center (downstairs)

Adults

Chapel Class

  • May 3 and 10 – Geoff Snook teaches on Sabbath.
  • No class for the rest of the month
