Bus Tickets and Morning Worship: June 15

Each month Grace distributes bus tickets to people in our community.  This happens on the 15th of the month, or if the 15th is on a weekend we meet the Friday before.  Volunteers and those receiving tickets begin to gather around 6:30 am in the Grace Alcove. Guests are greeted with smiles, coffee, water, and a place to sit. Tickets are distributed at 7:50 am.

We can always use volunteers to help with set-up, clean-up, and ticket distribution.  Want to help?  Contact Kirk Anderson, kirk@mygpc.org or 684-5215.

Volunteer Appreciation Dinner: June 18 at 6 pm

It’s time to say “Thank you!” Thank you for generously giving your time at Grace. Each year we celebrate Grace Volunteers with a dinner.  The church provides meat, and we ask you to bring a side or dessert to share.  Dinner is at 6 pm on Tuesday, June 18. There is no formal program, but there are door prizes.

Whether you volunteer regularly or on occasion, the ministries of the church would not happen without you.  If you’ve ever volunteered at Grace (even one time) you are invited.

Pentecost Offering 2019

Each year we receive the PCUSA Pentecost offering.  This offering supports ministries with children at risk, youth, and young adults.  We give 60% of the offering to the national church and designate 40% locally.

This year the Grace Mission Distribution Team designates our 40% to Young Lives. Young Lives is part of YoungLife and connects with teen moms.Teen moms are supported in practical ways and through life mentoring.

IGNITE Mission Trip Car Wash

Sunday, June 2 is our Mission Trip Car Wash. The money raised goes to support 35 youth and guides on our Mission Trip to Denver, Colorado. We partner with the Door Network to serve their inner-city and underprivileged ministries.

Areas of service include: painting with Restoration Brotherhood, leading a week of Vacation Bible School, serving breakfast and lunches for the homeless, being part of the presence ministry at Network Café, along with other ministries.

All you have to do is park your car and register at the table by the coffee bar. We get your car, wash it, and return it to its parking space. We are most appreciative of any donation you can make! Please donate at the table with cash, check or card.
