Grace is hosting a blood drive on Sunday, June 7, from 8 am – 2 pm. We need at least 20 people to sign up to give. This is an incredible way to offer the gift of life to others.

The blood drive is held in Room 101 at Grace. You may sign up to give on Sunday morning or by going online to register. Look for the Grace Presbyterian drive.

Get your car cleaned, and support our summer youth mission trip. In July, our youth travel to Western North Carolina for their annual mission trip. You can support them by getting your car washed on Sunday, May 31.

The car wash is technically free, but donations are encouraged. They will wash your car during worship, so you don’t add any extra time to your day.

On Tuesday May 19 and Wednesday May 20, we offer a blessing to the families of Jacob’s Learning Ladder. We do this by offering parents/grandparents/aunts/uncles/etc coffee and muffins-on-the-go when they drop off their children between 7 – 9 am.

You can help with this by providing muffins which you’ll drop off in the church kitchen on Sunday, May 1,7 or by signing up to help greet parents that Tuesday or Wednesday. Sign up at Grace on the bulletin board by the coffee bar.

Jacob’s Learning Ladder is a ministry of Grace Presbyterian Church, and we are proud of this incredible pre-school and daycare. Read more about Jacob’s on their website.

Laundry Love is Sunday, May 10, from 3-5:30 pm at the College Town Laundry on 17th street between Oliver and

Laundry Love is a national grass roots effort. The idea is to “take-over” a laundry mat on the same day each month at the same time and to pay for everyone’s laundry.

The Grace evangelism team received a grant from the presbytery for this endeavor. In April we served 22 individuals/families and enjoyed time talking and hanging out in the laundry mat. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to be the church in the community. We need about 8-10 volunteers each month. Sign up at the church or by calling Catherine in the office, 684-5215.
